Nothing connected

Scheduling emails, invoices, engagement packages and client updates go out from the account you connect, and calendar holds land on its calendar. Connect Google or Microsoft 365, or both and choose which one sends.

Place the OAuth client JSON at secrets/google-client.json in the data folder, then reload.

Microsoft 365 · Outlook and Calendar Not available yet

Add secrets/microsoft.env with MS_CLIENT_ID and MS_CLIENT_SECRET from an Azure app registration, then reload.

Zoom

Not set up

Workspace-wide. From your Server-to-Server OAuth app's App Credentials page in the Zoom Marketplace. Saving tests the connection immediately.

Folder found, OneDrive not running

Case files are written straight into your synced OneDrive folder, so they reach the cloud, your laptop, and your phone through the OneDrive app. No API keys are involved.

eSignature · Google Workspace

Needs Google with Drive

When an engagement package is sent from a connected Google account, the retainer is placed in the Drive folder TWI Signature requests. Open it there and choose Request eSignature to send it to the client. The signed copy returns to the same folder; file it under 01 Engagement.

Claude · AI drafting
