What happens

The retainer and scope confirmation are attached as PDFs.
The email is sent through your Gmail and appears in your Sent folder.
The investigation moves to the Engagement stage and the send is logged in Activity.
When the signed retainer comes back, file it under 01 Engagement.

Adobe Sign delivery replaces the manual signature step once its key is in place under Integrations.
