Send the engagement package

Review the email and its attachments, then send. It goes from your connected Gmail and the stage moves to Engagement.

Google is not connected yet. Connect it under Integrations to send from the app. You can still generate the documents and email them yourself.

What happens

  1. The retainer and scope confirmation are attached as PDFs.
  2. The email is sent through your Gmail and appears in your Sent folder.
  3. The investigation moves to the Engagement stage and the send is logged in Activity.
  4. When the signed retainer comes back, file it under 01 Engagement.
Adobe Sign delivery replaces the manual signature step once its key is in place under Integrations.
